Save My Place | Load My Place

Author Notes:

1st Dec 2014, 12:00 AM
Well, after exactly two years, three months, Stardust the Cat is officially concluded. I hope you all enjoyed it. There may be the possibility of doing a sequel series later on, but I have no plans for this in my immediate future.

I am working on a new project, but I don't want to give too much away. I will make an announcement on this site when I am closer to launching it (a lot will depends on factors I can't really control).

Anyway, Thanks a lot everyone. It's been fun. Please let me know in the comments how you think I did over all. Also, I'm toying with bringing it into print, but I don't have the money. If there were enough support to do a kickstarter, I might consider it.

Catch you guys later.

very cute, but I wonder what the announcer is saying. I don't speak French, perhaps a quick translation in comic would improve the final page a bit.

The kittens are very adorable, even cuter than the other kittens. Love that tender moment of them holding each other. :) A very good comic. Can't wait until the next project, or even a sequeal* Can't wait either way.

Thanks so much for reading. You've been by far the most vocal fan of all of them. I don't know how many of my other subscribers kept up with the comic, but I knew I could always count your comments every week.

Since it's implied that Stardust and Naomi went traveling after this, there's definitely sequel potential. I just felt it was time to explore other ideas.

Well every good comic needs a fan. you didnt seem to have that many and your comic kinda deserved one so i decided to be your number one fan. besides that i love----i mean adpre cats and you do them so well that i also adore your comic. :D

I think one of the reasons I didn't get many fans was when it started out the artwork wasn't very good, and neither was the writing. So it's less of an incentive to read on, even if you know it'll improve. It's like if the first ten minutes of a movie are bad, you're more likely to turn it off rather than stick around to see how it plays out.

My next comic won't have any cats I'm afraid, but there will be rabbits from another dimension.

Well I'm sad that it's over, but the story turned out well. I enjoyed it a lot.

Well, I guess leaving the audience wanting more means I did something right. Anyway, thanks for being a fan.

Did that interview I did ever get posted? I never heard anything about it. If so, send me the link and I'll post it here.

???! Somehow I don't think it did! Curses I must have lost it amidst all the others I was doing at the time. I found the answer in my email, so I'll try to post it for next week :D
